Find out where they are and how to reach the properties of the Vacanze di Charme Group
The properties belonging to the Vacanze di Charme group are located where Italy is at its sweetest, in some of the most beautiful and evocative areas of our country.
The Holiday Park Spiaggia e Mare, the only property on the Adriatic Coast of the Emilia Romagna region, is located in Porto Garibaldi, on the coast near Ferrara.
The Camping Village&Glamping Le Capanne and Le Pianacce are located a few kilometres from the Tuscan coast of the Etruscan Riviera, in Bibbona and Castagneto Carducci respectively. Just a few kilometres from Le Pianacce is the International Camping Village Etruria, close to a splendid equipped beach, and the Tuscany Hotel Alle Dune, set amidst the beach and nature.
The Camping Villagge & Glamping Rosselba Le Palme and the Wine Resort Tenuta delle Ripalte are on Elba Island, where our group and our love for outdoor tourism started.
Thanks to the last, but not least important addition to Vacanze di Charme, the Camping Village Riva Blu, we have now arrived on the shores of Lake Garda.

ELBA ISLAND
Like every island, Elba has always been a safe haven for sailors, a place to be separated from the mainland and a trove of priceless treasures.
Within just 224 square kilometres, you can find art, nature and evidence of a millenary culture. A landing site of ancient civilisations such as the Greeks, Etruscans and Romans, it preserves their memory in its archaeological museums. Elba has also been a safe haven for families during the Renaissance, foreign explorers and even the gilded cage of the French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. Today Elba tells us each of these stories, together with those of its natural parks, often redrawn by human activity such as mining or simply by the people who inhabited them.

Already called the "island of good wine" by Pliny the Elder, today it is experiencing a revival with a focus on tradition combined with present-day experiments by indigenous wineries, as in our Wine Resort Tenuta delle Ripalte. Food and wine, as on the mainland, throughout Tuscany, tantalize the palate and satisfy the senses with genuine dishes and fragrant wines to accompany them. After a hearty lunch or before an appetising dinner, you can explore the island all around its perimeter on foot, on horseback or even by bike, enjoying every stunning horizon, always bordered by the blue sea.

TUSCAN COAST
In one of the regions, most popular among Italian and international tourists, the Etruscan Coast is a truly unique area.
It is a blend of intense colours, from the blue of the sea to the green of the pine forests and Mediterranean scrub. It takes its name from the Etruscan people, who founded their only seaside town, Populonia. There is much testimony in this part of Italy of one of the civilisations that influenced our history. It is not only the land of the ancients, but also of poets such as Carducci, and of industries such as mining. The San Silvestro archaeo-mineral park is perfect for a family outing, with its mini train that, just like in an Indiana Jones film, will let you explore subterranean worlds.

There is no sport or discipline you cannot try: from walking to extreme trekking, from horse
riding to biking, the paths and landscapes of the Etruscan Coast will accompany you on an unforgettable
journey. Another of the assets of this area is the wind: every beach along the coast allows you to engage
in windsurfing or kitesurfing, in the conditions that the athlete prefers. Vada, Cecina, Marina di Castagneto
Carducci... you will be spoilt for choice!

ADRIATIC COAST OF THE EMILIA ROMAGNA
When talking about Porto Garibaldi and the Ferrara coast, which host our Holiday Park Spiaggia e Mare, we cannot but mention Comacchio and the Po Delta Park.
Comacchio is often compared to Venice: the many canals that cross the town and the bridges that connect the different parts and pastel-coloured terraced houses remind us a little of the famous lagoon city. Original and fascinating is the unmistakable Trepponti, the staircase monument from which the ancient Pallotta canal led to the Adriatic Sea, acting as a fortified gateway to the town.

How about the Po Delta Park? An extraordinary place to get lost in: 11,000 hectares of what can be defined as a true paradise for tourists who love nature. Here you can participate in excursions and guided tours in the natural valleys along the Po River, but also find the best areas for birdwatching or visit one of the museums in the area, linked to the ecosystems found in the park.

LAKE GARDA
Our Camping Village Riva Blu is located on the west coast of the lake, in Lombardy, in Padenghe sul Garda. Ideally located to enjoy the lake but also the immediate hinterland, it lies on the hills of Valtenesi.
If you love good food, this area is full of vineyards and olive groves that yield DOC and DOP products such as Lugana wine and Garda Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Not to mention the cheeses, both from cows’ and goats’ milk, mature and fresh, with the aromatic scent of the grass and flowers of their pastures.

For those who are fond of history, the Padenghe Castle is worth a visit: it is one of the largest on the lake, with its strong walls still standing. For those who prefer excursions into nature, Padenghe is the green lung of the Valtenesi, to be explored by bike or on trekking trails. If your passion is water sports, take advantage of the lake's unique microclimate and try surfing on its waves!
